I have won major accolades throughout my career, led award-winning teams, and architected the commercial launch of an incredibly disruptive technology. From Clinical Specialist to Vice President, I lived it all.

I was not an overnight success. It was blood, sweat, tears (yes, tears), and more hard work than I’d ever imagined. Early on in my career my job crushed me. I realized I had to find a new way, or else.
